We are in the process of getting CrossFit Tulsa up and running. We are starting out in Billy and Jade's garage. This was our first real work day, and thanks to Pat we have our supplies and first pullup/MU station ready.

Way to go guys!! I am sorry I did not make it over and I am now jealous that I am not included in some photos.....Ill be there for sure next week. Plyo boxes, here we come!!

Brandon and Billy gave me way more credit than I deserve. The pictures look great...thanks Stephanie. I went home and put my pullup bar up as I was jealous; plus it was my birthday gift to myself.
